Credit Score Process explained

A new credit score process will function like the existing Risk and Value Score process, allowing for the return of both risk and credit scores, which can be accessed downstream by onboarding professionals.

The returning process step can return a risk score and a credit score so, for example, an onboarding process could have two returning process steps and both scores could be accessed downstream the process.

How it works

Within a process, Score are accumulated through calculation nodes.
The calculation nodes set the Risk Score.
Across all the processes, the score is kept individually per process run.

The score is not accumulated at client record level.
What you will see is the latest score shown in the header. This means that the score at client record level is overwritten each time a new score is calculated.

Due to process isolation, the data integrity is ensured and prevents unintended score mixing.

Please note:
Different processes have different scores, and there can be different scores in the same process if there is a returning process node, for instance.

An example

For a calculation node it is possible to create score and processType_score for risk, questionnaire and credit. This means that when 2 calculation nodes are created, in the second node you will have the score twice: Score and processType_score (for example the risk_score).
